GEORGIA: DeKalb County Residents - We need your help today!

Dear Friends,
On Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at 9:00 a.m., the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners meeting will be voting on a much needed amendment to the existing Animal Control code (Chapter 5). Basically, the Amendment will clarify definitions so that Animal Control will have more power to help our furry four legged friends and the owners who neglect/abuse them.

If you are resident of DeKalb county, I urge you to call your commissioner on Monday, December 13, 2004 and ask them to vote YES on the Amendment of Chapter 5 Code of DeKalb County, specifically listed on their agenda as follows:

Please note ALL DeKalb County residents have TWO Commissioners assigned to their district, so please be sure to contact BOTH commissioners when you make your call on Monday, December 13, 2004.
