HURRICANE KATRINA ANIMAL RELIEF

Sent: August 31, 2005

URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT

Carolyn Keeton and a group of volunteers have just left for New Orleans to help the endangered cats and dogs who have been left behind--on rooftops, in trees, and other dangerous places. The Coast Guard has given them permission to enter the city, and the Chief of Police has promised to help as much as possible. A helicopter will be available if needed. There ARE obviously some very caring animal people there--but everyone is working 24/7 and there are just not enough people to help all the animals. All Cats has had to borrow money to pay for transportation, food and some carriers--many others have been donated by various companies. PLEASE--consider a special donation to help us with this effort because much more money will be needed after the animals have been rescued.

An anonymous donor has donated a very large facility located in Northern Louisiana to house all the animals we rescue.

PLEASE--PLEASE--DO WHAT YOU CAN TO HELP. SEND CHECKS TO THE ALABAMA OR DAWSONVILLE ADDRESS--OR DONATE THROUGH PAYPAL AS DESCRIBED IN EVERY NEWSLETTER.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR WHAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DO!!!
