I just received this email about Whisper, a 10-year old kitty dumped by his owners because they were moving. He is in Griffin, GA. All the information I have is below:
Good Lord...this boy MUST be saved. Dumped by his family after 10 years??????? Please....TODAY is is last day.

Whisper is a big, gray boy, 10 years old, neutered, declawed, and dumped at the shelter by his family because they were moving. Poor Whisper! Despite this, he is a friendly boy who has not given up on us fickle humans. He loves attention and will be a great lap kitty! He is available NOW for rescue or adoption.
If you wish to adopt this cat, please CALL (do not e-mail) the shelter IMMEDIATELY at (770) 467-4772 to arrange for the paperwork to be filled out (in person or by fax) PRIOR to 4:30 p.m. on the cat's listed date.
